We do not collect payment card details directly. All payment processing is handled through secure third-party methods.

Eligibility

Service Description
We provide access to an IPTV subscription service compatible with TiviMate and other IPTV players. The service grants access to live TV channels and on-demand content delivered via M3U playlist or Xtream Codes over the internet.
⚠️ Important: TiviMate® is a third-party application. We are an independent IPTV subscription provider and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially partnered with TiviMate's developers.
Acceptable Use Policy
By subscribing to our service, you agree to use it responsibly and in accordance with the following conditions:
- The subscription is for personal, non-commercial use only.
- You must not share, resell, or redistribute your subscription credentials to any third party.
- You must not use our service to stream content for public broadcast or commercial purposes.
- You must not attempt to reverse-engineer, bypass, or interfere with our streaming infrastructure.
Violation of these terms may result in immediate suspension of your subscription without refund.
Payments & Refunds
Payment
All payments are processed securely via methods agreed upon through WhatsApp. Prices are listed in Euros (€) and include all applicable fees.
Subscription Activation
Your subscription is activated within minutes of confirmed payment. Credentials are delivered directly via WhatsApp.
Refund Policy
Due to the instant digital nature of our service, refunds are not available once credentials have been delivered and the service has been activated. We strongly encourage you to contact us with any concerns before purchasing — our team is available 24/7 via WhatsApp to assist.
If there is a proven technical fault on our end that prevents access to the service, we will offer an extension or resolution at our discretion.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, TiviMate Ireland shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our service.
- Interruptions or disruptions to the service caused by third-party infrastructure, internet outages, or ISP throttling.
- Content accuracy, availability, or legality of third-party streamed material.
- Any issues arising from the use of third-party applications such as TiviMate, IPTV Smarters, or others.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for your current active subscription period.
Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to update this Privacy Policy and Terms of Service at any time. When we do, the "Last updated" date at the top of this page will be revised.
Continued use of our service following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
